Do We Qualify?

Our app helps teens make better choices about their education and future. It doesn't fall neatly into any of the class subjects listed in the criteria, but could be construed as Social Studies since it guides students to make choices about themselves in their world. Also, it is a text message-based app, so it does not rely on Android or iOS, but rather a phone with SMS capability. So my question is, do we qualify if we meet all the other criteria listed (which we do)? Thanks!

    Are web-based apps able to apply?
